Vendor Change Control

We are exploring a service for administering supplier-change checks and follow-up. No financial platform, verification-provider partnership or live managed workflow has been established. No monthly subscription can be purchased here.

Production use requires a supported configuration, complete source history, exact-version control behavior and qualified technical and finance-controls review. The demonstration does not establish those capabilities.

What the demonstration does

It runs fixed fictional scenarios in your browser. There is no financial-data upload, customer login, provider connection or retained case history. Refreshing resets the example. The role buttons preview responsibilities; they are not authentication.

Your information

The public site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses its existing Web Analytics service. Hosting and analytics process technical request/browser information. The demonstration itself does not collect supplier, banking or identity information. Font files load from Google Fonts.

Email links open your email app. Information you choose to send is handled in Dominic’s Gmail correspondence. Send only basic business contact and workflow information; leave out bank instructions, passwords, identity documents and customer records. Contact Dominic through the page’s established details for a correction or deletion request.

Roles stay clear.

Customers would perform independent checks, provide a distinct reviewer, maintain financial-system permissions and retain payment authority. Catch the Bait would manage the agreed administration and reconciliation. Specialist verification would be labeled with the actual provider, scope, date and result.

Weekly reconciliation is retrospective. It is not real-time prevention, incident response, a compliance audit or a guarantee against fraud. An invoice and the underlying payment obligation still need your own controls.

Training and community education

The six-lesson employee course is a separate educational service. Its privacy details and purchase/access terms explain self-reported learner information, completion records and retention. Existing purchase commitments remain in place. The original free scam guide remains available.

Before any live pilot

Scope, provider charges, support/backup, cancellation, export, retention and deletion must be agreed in writing. The customer should retain access to its underlying platform. No live finance-service retention policy or support promise is implied by this demonstration.
